Australian Wagyu Beef comes from the highly marbled, ultra-rich breed that made the region of Kobe, Japan, famous.  DeBragga's Australian Wagyu comes from Nick Sher, famed breeder of Sher Wagyu, supplying top restaurants and butchers throughout Australia.  Sher's Wagyu is cross-bred Holstein, which produces a clean but very rich beef flavor, with the perfect ratio of fat to lean.  Australian Wagyu offers the kind of luxurious beef experience Kobe and Wagyu lovers are looking for.  This particular Wagyu Steak is a real favorite among our chef clients for it's outstanding beef taste, the rich finish and it's more reasonable cost. Includes four ribeye steaks.
