DeBragga hand selects and ages its Certified Angus Beef to produce these New York Strips that are the quintessential Beef Steak experience. Also known as sirloin strips or simply 'strip' steaks, there's a reason we call them New York Strip; they are the best cut of beef on the entire animal!  Cut from the strip loin -the best part of the sirloin, the strip steak consists of a muscle that does little work, and so it is particularly tender.  New York strip steaks are far superior to average sirloins or "steakhouse steaks".
