Estancia beef is bred for flavor. Ranchers raise Hereford cattle using only the best genetics to improve weight gain and tenderness. They feed entirely on the natural grains and grasses of Uruguayan pasture, never seeing feed lots or factories. Only the top 3 grades – out of 6 – make the Estancia cut. After harvest, the cattle are processed in state of the art certified facilities and HACCP processes that comply with USDA regulations. This is the best tasting beef in South America!
