Recipe: How To Cook A Steak
Bring your Steaks to room temperature.
• Lightly rub the Steaks with olive oil and then liberally season both sides with
kosher salt and black pepper.
• Grill or pan-roast your Steaks over direct, high heat (if you're grilling, after 3 minutes,
turn the Steaks 90 degrees, to mark the meat).
• After another 3 minutes, flip, and repeat.
• Remove your Steaks and let them rest for 7 minutes before serving to
redistribute the juices.
