The finest lamb in the world, American Lamb, is pastured raised in the Rocky Mountains.  From the snow's first melt in Spring, until the chill of early Fall, when they are moved to Central California to graze throughout the winter, these free-roaming lamb really benefit from the greatest US outdoors. 

We enjoy a year around supply of this most succulent animal. Unique to America, our lambs are finished on a grain diet, giving them a richer, juicier texture.
