From the snow's first melt in Spring, until the chill of early Fall, when they are moved to Central California to graze throughout the winter, these free-roaming lamb really benefit from the greatest US outdoors.
We enjoy a year around supply of this most succulent animal. Unique to America, our lambs are finished on a grain diet, giving them a richer, juicier texture.
