THE RACK PACK

We feature the favorite cuts from the finest meats in this carnivore's kit. To produce the lamb racks, we hand french 2 racks of tender, flavorful Rocky Mountain Lamb that's been pasture-raised on the finest Western slopes, we specially cut 4 ten-ounce chops of our Free Ranging Iowa Pork, a heritage breed that never, ever sees antibiotics or hormones, and last but not least, we include our favorite cut of beef -- the Cowboy Steak, four of our twenty ounce Hand Select Rib steaks, served to you "on the bone" to retain maximum flavor when cooking...and eating!

Each of these racks is simple to cook, and the presentation is great!  They're great hunks of meaty flavor, great to look at, and fantastic to eat. We include a pack of the best salt in the world just to finish things off right.  Bone appetit!
