American Wagyu, also known as "Kobe beef", is the hottest meat in the marketplace. These tender and flavorful strip steaks, a favorite cut from Imperial Wagyu, come from deep in the heart of American cattle country in Nebraska. Their Wagyu are raised in strict accordance with Japanese Kobe/Wagyu production methods, and graded by Japanese Kobe/Wagyu marbling standards, which measure intramuscular fat on a scale of 1 to 12.
