Quality ProductThis meat cooks very nicely. It’s still tender even after my over-cooking it one time. There’s not a lot of shrinkage either. So far I’m very happy with the quality of this meat.

Good meat, good price.I previously purchased ground lamb elsewhere. When I came across DeBragga while searching for another source I decided to try their ground lamb. I can say with al honesty I was impressed. The quality of the meat is good, it’s not too fatty, and it cooks nicely in the oven on roast. The price is good and the meat is safely delivered on ice in a styrofoam chest by FedEx. I also like that I can choose my delivery day.
