Next LevelAs this was our first Wagyu experience we did not know if these steaks would justify their cost, but wow - did they impress! At first I was initially disappointed that one cut was real skinny and the other was thick and uneven, but I decided to grill the thick one and pan sear the skinny one, and it was amazing both ways!!

Love the product but hate the cost of good beefAll the steaks were great. Being a chef myself and retired I glad to find a butcher who has access to this fabulous beef.
