Most Excellent- Japanese Miyazaki WagyuSeared 45 seconds per side, resulted some cuts rare and some med-rare. Received email cook instructions from Lydia Liebchen, Corporate Chef, via "contact us" page. Best beef we have ever eaten, see photo! (Orange in photo is- http://www.bottargabrothers.com/what-is Fish flavor pairs well, take very small bite with japan wagyu, extraordinary!)
