New Years Day FeastI had planned special dinner and wanted the brisket to be the center point. It did not disappoint, what a great alternative to other roasts. We slowed roasted in oven after developing a bark with BBQ seasonings for 12 1/2 hours. The brisket was beefy, moist, tender and we could not stop ourselves from eating more. I had mine on brioche with slaw, pickles and Dave's spicy BBQ sauce....incredible! Will be ordering again and again. Thank you for the memorable event. Lou

Even better that what you see online...I ordered one of these a few weeks ago as part of a larger order and it is absolutely one of the best pieces of meat I've ever gotten. It looked pretty promising from the pics online but in person it's even better. We have only two kids still living at home so I butchered this brisket down to a few smaller cuts (followed some nice YouTube videos for guidance). My family absolutely loved all of it. We will definitely be getting this again.
