Excellence on a rib of lambThis was a delicious lamb chop. Visually it was perfection. I actually cut the rack into chops as that is how my husband likes it. Argentinian eggplant, asparagus, pasta with garlic, parsley and olive oil. Yum! The meat was tender and delicious Oregon lamb is really good but this is better. Thank you for making this available for our Easter dinner. Will order at least 4 times a year. It is worth every penny!
