    I've ordered this steak multiple times over the past 3 years and they have always been amazing, however my last order the steaks tasted a little different, hard to explain but not as good as the previous orders we have had. My best guess is just the normal difference between cattle or possibly due to the Christmas rush a different farm may have been used to procure the beef, but that is just a guess. I will order again in the future just in case my last order was just a fluke. Show more

    sorry to hear the Chop was not up to your prior experiences. We source from the same supplier as we have for the last ten years
    If you could articulate a bit for me that would help me sort out the issue

    Marbling - great , average , poor?
    Texture - tender, chewy, tough?
    Flavor- funky, ok, bland?

    this will let me know alot and help me sort out where we may have had an issue

  3. excellent cut

    this is one of best cuts Debragga has! defiantly have it med rare as the aging really tenderizes this funky (in a real good way) cut of beef! great marbling and you get that full beefiness flavor thats lacking from a full-bred wagyu. there are 3 parts to this cut - the tip, cap, and eye so make sure everyone gets a tasting

    Are you ready to try something different?

    Decided to try this steak out; since I have tried many others. By far, this is the best tasting steak I've had thus far; the best of both worlds, dry age, and Wagyu!
