Very good but Dry Aged Prime Cowboy Rib Steak is betterAs usual the delivery was on time and flawless. The look and the marbling was fantastic. I grilled these ribeyes for my guests. They loved it. For me the ribeye was very good but not perfect. I think it was my bad luck to have some gristle content in my ribeye. My favorite is still Dry Aged Prime Cowboy Rib Steak.

CONSISTENTLY CONSISTENT!!!Have been purchasing our prime grade meats CONSISTENTLY from DeBragga for two decades and the reason for that is because they are CONSISTENTLY CONSISTENT in their superior prime grade quality. Occasionally we will purchase prime grade meats from other online sources or from a local butcher shop and there is absolutely no comparison. Those other sources are good, DeBragga is GREAT!! If superior, CONSISTENT quality is important to you as well, go with DeBragga - you will not be disappointed! Their shipping department also knows how to do it right and you even get the opportunity to pick the date of your delivery. They understand they are shipping something that is not only expensive to purchase but is perishable so they do it right; no monkeying around - it either ships overnight or it doesn't ship!
