Dry Aged Naturally Raised Prime Porterhouse Steak
As low as $359.95
Cut from a beautifully aged shortloin, the porterhouse carries two of the best steak eating experiences available: a bigger cut of the tenderloin than a T-bone and a large sirloin steak. These are dry aged 50 days to bring out the richness of prime beef, naturally raised without hormones or antibiotics. It doesn’t get better than this.

Holy PorterhouseThis coronavirus made it impossible for our preexisting steakhouse reservations to be fulfilled. We went on a search for the best possible steak near us. We came across DeBragga, and I am extremely glad we did. The porterhouse was a big boy steak for sure. I've gotten dry aged steaks at supermarkets before, but you know this is the real deal as soon as you open up the pack. That unmistakable dry aged "funk" hits you right away. The marbling lets you know you have a quality product. The steaks were packed with aged beefy flavor and satisfied our craving in a major way.

New family tradition! We had a ThanksPorterGiving dinner. Five family members insured we overate for everyone reading this post. I cooked them in a cast iron skillet that had been preheated to 500 degrees. Served them with chimichurri sauce. Their silence was deafening, interrupted by toasts to my cooking. They blew the doors off the room. I let everyone bow gracefully. I rose and ask we all toast to DeBragga, concluding within everyone is invited back in 2020 to start a new family tradition. We ate the turkey and fixings on Friday.

Mon dieu, c’est incredible!Mon dieu, incredible deep beef flavor with a defined nutty taste, that only comes from dry aging.
