Damn GoodJust incredible, incredible deep nutty beefy flavor. World class, dense marbling cooked using Chef Lydia’s recipe. For nearly 5 minutes not a word was spoken. Just the sounds of knives and forks. Speechless. This is a new favorite.

Best night in everThe first thing I noticed was the size of these rib steaks…they are huge. One chop will feed me for 3 days at least. Best meat I have ever made. The melt-in-your-mouth feel and deep concentrated beef flavor is amazing. This was definitely a “treat night” I would love to repeat.

Blown AwayUpon first glance they don’t look much different than steaks you’d buy at your local butcher but when you take them out of the vacuum seal they really come to life, the sweet aroma of these dry aged chops invades your kitchen and only get stronger as you cook them. I ordered steaks from two other top tier competitors Meats by Linz and La Frieda. These tasted the best.
