Excellent cut and value!Roasted this for Thanksgiving with 36hr fridge dry brine (salt, garlic, rosemary), applied butter/thyme/salt/pepper mix all over and inside the leg, and then baked in over ~2hrs while basting with some red wine. Came out perfectly with enough to serve 8 great meals, the lamb on second day was still tender with excellent taste. This is an amazing value considering the quality and how many it can serve. We'll definitely look to more lamb dishes in the future!
