Amazing flavor.DeBragga sells a variety of fresh lamb products, all of which are excellent. The Elysian Fields lamb is particularly flavorful and juicy, never muttony. Treat like the fine beef with a slow roast at 200F and then sear and rest. Could be the best lamb you ever eat.
