Excellent steaksIncredible steaks! My wife is from Argentina and loves strong flavored beef. I purchased these for mother's day and they were a hit. Let come to near room temp. 2 minute sear on each side over a very hot wood coal bed. Rest on a hot plate for 5 minutes. Melt in your mouth goodness! You don't buy steaks like these to eat any other way than rare to medium rare.

Great steaks, great serviceGreat dry aged taste, steaks were cut nice and thick so you could get a nice crust while still being rare/med-rare on the inside, shipping service was precise. I've ordered similar cuts, usually from Spanish or Italian cattle and these were on par. Also roasted some marrow bones as an appetizer which came out delicious.
