Our salt is unique. We travel deep out in the ocean from New York Harbor to hand harvest our sea water by boat, ensuring we get the crispest clearest water you can find. We believe you can't have the best salt without using the best sea water.
The water is then transported to our greenhouses located on the York River. There, it is solar evaporated to the perfect salinity at which point we bring the brine indoors and gently heat it to produce the most delicious flake finishing salt.
We are proudly 100% woman owned, and family operated.
