Outstanding and versatileThis was quite spectacular. It is great sliced straight from the fridge and can be used in fried rice, ramen noodles, in sauces... pretty much anything. The texture is perfect and the light smoky flavor wonderful. Not sure I ever had such high quality smoked duck before.

Smoked Duck BreastsWas pleasantly surprised by the tenderness and depth of flavor from the hickory. Room temp or slightly warmed reminds me of a very rich bacon. Very happy with the purchase.

WowThis is pretty amazing. It's the perfect balance of salty and sweet. It's duck prosciutto but not quite. Easily worth the money.
