Asian Style Dry Rub for Pork

You can use this dry rub on anything you want; I am partial to using it on all of our Pork Selections
  • Prep Time 15 minutes Fridge overnight
  • Cook Time None
 

Ingredients

  • 3 T Kosher Salt
  • 3 T light brown sugar
  • 3 T roasted cumin
  • 3 T gochugaru flakes
  • 3 T ground black pepper (I use Urfa Biber Black Pepper Flakes)
  • 2 T garlic powder
  • 2 T 5-spice powder

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingridents in a bowl and store in a sealed container in your pantry.
