Asian Style Dry Rub for Pork
You can use this dry rub on anything you want; I am partial to using it on all of our Pork Selections

Ingredients
- 3 T Kosher Salt
- 3 T light brown sugar
- 3 T roasted cumin
- 3 T gochugaru flakes
- 3 T ground black pepper (I use Urfa Biber Black Pepper Flakes)
- 2 T garlic powder
- 2 T 5-spice powder
- Mix all the ingridents in a bowl and store in a sealed container in your pantry.
