Coffee and Cocoa Rub
Deeply flavored dry rub brimming with umami. Use it on anything you smoke, grill or roast

Ingredients
- 2 T EACH: Instant Espresso Coffee, Cocoa Powder, Garlic Powder, Smoked Paprika, Light Brown Sugar
- 1 T EACH: Kosher Salt, Black Pepper, Onio Powder, Chili Powder
- Mix everything in a bowl and mix thoroughly, breaking up the lumps.
- If you wish, you can sift the rub through a fine sieve.
- Store for 2 moths in a container in your pantry.
