Easy Steps to the Perfect Burger

(for 6 oz burgers, ¾” thick)
  • Prep Time 1 minute
  • Cook Time 7 minutes
 

Ingredients

Debragga burger patties

  • Olive oil
  • A skillet
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Pan Frying:

  1. Bring burgers to room temperature.
  2. Heat 1T olive oil in a skillet until it’s shimmering.
  3. Season your burgers with a nice sprinkle of salt and pepper
  4. And cook one side for 3 minutes without flipping.
  5. Flip them and cook 3 more minutes for rare, 4 minutes for medium-rare.

Grilling:

  1. Bring burgers to room temperature.
  2. Heat grill on high, lower to medium.
  3. Grill burgers 3 minutes without flipping.
  4. Flip and cook as above to the desired doneness.
