Easy Steps to the Perfect Burger

Ingredients
Debragga burger patties
- Olive oil
- A skillet
- Sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Pan Frying:
- Bring burgers to room temperature.
- Heat 1T olive oil in a skillet until it’s shimmering.
- Season your burgers with a nice sprinkle of salt and pepper
- And cook one side for 3 minutes without flipping.
- Flip them and cook 3 more minutes for rare, 4 minutes for medium-rare.
Grilling:
- Bring burgers to room temperature.
- Heat grill on high, lower to medium.
- Grill burgers 3 minutes without flipping.
- Flip and cook as above to the desired doneness.
