Grilled Lamb Loin Chops with Garlic Lemon Marinade
The perfect marriage of our lamb chops with a glorious lemon garlic marinade.- Prep Time 2 hours, or overnight (your choice)
- Cook Time 10 minutes
Ingredients
For the marinade:
- 1/2 cup good olive oil
- 8 cloves garlic, smashed and roughly chopped
- 3 sprigs rosemary, minced
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice with pulp
- 2T each Kosher salt and black pepper
- 8 6 oz lamb loin chops
Directions

Create your marinade in a bowl and put it into a zip lock bag.
- Add your chops and let sit for 2 hours at room temp, or refrigerate overnight.
If you do marinate them overnight, bring them to room temp before grilling. - Grill on high.
- Grill your chops 5 minutes on each side to med rare.
