Roasted Marrow Bones with Radish, Gremolata, Roasted Garlic & Toast

Ingredients

  • 4” marrow bones split lengthwise
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Chopped parsley
  • Chopped shallots
  • Chopped capers
  • Lemon zest
  • Fresh horseradish
  • Peeled garlic cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary

Directions

For The Marrow Bones

  1. Combine Extra virgin olive oil, salt & pepper and roast marrow bones for 375 degrees for 15 minutes

For the Gremolata

  1. Combine:
  2. Chopped parsley
  3. Chopped shallots
  4. Chopped capers
  5. Lemon zest
  6. Fresh horseradish
  7. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

For the Roasted Garlic:

  1. Combine: Peeled garlic cloves, 1 bay leaf and 1 sprig of fresh rosemary.
  2. Cover the garlic cloves in enough oil to submerge the cloves.
  3. Cook @ 200 degrees until cloves are gold brown.
  4. Mash with a fork or puree with a blender.
