Spicy Korean Style Grilled Corn
Excellent summer corn recipe to accompany grilled steaks and chops!- Prep Time 20 minutes
- Cook Time 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 4-8 ears of corn, husk removed
For the sauce:
- ¼ cup plain lowfat yogurt
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 TBSP Gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste)
- Zest of lime
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 garlic clove finely chopped
- 2 TBSP chopped cilantro
- ½ tsp of ancho chili powder
- 2 TBSP olive oil
Directions

Remove husks from corn. Rub olive oil evenly on the corn ears.

Prepare Sauce – blend all ingredients , other than corn , together in a bowl and season with salt if necessary.
- Grill corn over medium high / high heat until charred in spots and tender about 10-12 minutes.

Transfer to platter.
- Using a brush, immediately spread the sauce evenly on the grilled corn ears and serve.
