Summer Radish Salad

Summer Radish Salad

If you love radishes, this is for you. If you aren’t sure, this is for you,
  • Prep Time 10 minutes
  • Cook Time None

Ingredients

Bunch fresh radishes, diced or thinly sliced to make 2 cups

½ cup Italian parsley, finely chopped

2 T good olive oil

4 T fresh lemon juice

Nice shot of Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. Toss all in a bowl.
  2. Done.
