Summer Radish Salad

Ingredients
Bunch fresh radishes, diced or thinly sliced to make 2 cups
½ cup Italian parsley, finely chopped
2 T good olive oil
4 T fresh lemon juice
Nice shot of Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
- Toss all in a bowl.
- Done.
