Tahini Slaw
When mayo just won’t do – turn to tahini.- Prep Time 5 minutes

Ingredients
2 bags multi-colored slaw mix
2 cups shredded carrots
1 seeded, diced jalapeno
For the Dressing:
6 cloves garlic
Juice of two limes
2 t honey
2 T good Dijon mustard
½ c tahini
1 c apple cider vinegar
½ c Italian parsley, minced
Directions:

Put your slaw and veg into a deep bowl.
- Mix up your dressing in a large mixing cup or bowl. Puree with an immersion stick, pour over the slaw mix. Toss. Done!
