Our birds are raised on family farms in the heart of Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains. This special breed is a slow-growing species, all vegetarian-fed and never ever given antibiotics or added hormones.

What Size Turkey Do I Need? DeBragga recommends that you estimate 1 pound per person to determine the size of the turkey you will need. If you would like to have leftovers, then plan on at least 1.5 pounds per person.

Cooking your DeBragga turkey: We recommened use of a meat thermometer, instant-read or digital, whe gauging doneness. Keep in mind that depending on several factors, (size of bird, recipe variations, and method of cooking) that time and temperature will vary.
