Vermont Fennel Salami is a take on the classic finocchiona. This salami is approachable, aromatic, and sweet, with a dusting of coarse-ground fennel seeds. Like the best Old-World artisans, each salami is allowed to cure slowly and naturally for the most focused and pure flavor development.

Using fresh antibiotic-free ground pork in all-natural casings, each link is hand tied, fermented, and aged for three weeks to develop superb taste and texture. Enjoy!
