Amazing Flavor and Beyond TenderTried the American wagyu and the Japanese wagyu together to compare. Fat content is different and searing temp was different but both are delicious and worth the price.

Great SteakI am a lover of NY Strip steak steaks. They are my all-time favorite steak. I thought this steak was wonderful. Certainly flavorful and very tender. But, my personal choice is a nicely marbled dry-aged strip steak I will give it a rating of 5 only because I can not give it 4 ½
