One of the best filet’s you’ll ever have!100%
My wife requested that I get these for dinner with her business associates. Everyone raved about these being the best steaks that they’ve ever had. Tender enough to cut with a butter knife, awesome flavor, and they presented well on the plate. I served them with smoked baked potatoes and smoked green beans with bacon, paired with a Cabernet Sauvignon. Homemade bread, salad, and shrimp cocktail before, and individual mini apple pies with vanilla bean ice cream followed. To prepare them was minimal too! Pat them down with a paper towel after opening, brush with olive oil, and lightly season with fresh ground pepper and sea salt, rest on the counter for an hour. Sear on the grill top and bottom for 5 minutes each, then indirect heat for 8-10 minutes until they reached 130 degrees internal temperature. Show moreWas this review helpful?Leave your comment
