A Great A5 SamplerThis sampler was my first foray not only into cooking A5 Wagyu at home, but also using Debragga as a butcher. First of all, their shipping process and packaging was excellent--which is especially important when you're being sent a perishable item cross-country. Thus far, we have tried the rib cap and the strip--both were delicious and high quality. Not to be forgotten (and, frankly, a must to take your Wagyu experience to the next level) is the delicious Japanese yuzu kosho, which I would best describe as a spicy (hot) citrus tapenade-like addition. I would not hesitate for a second to order this and other products from Debragga again!
