An exquisite selection of Japan’s A5 Wagyu from Miyazaki Prefecture, home to what is consistently the finest Wagyu “Kobe Style“ beef in the world. To be graded A5 requires that the meat not only be highly marbled but also have the proper color and fat to muscle ratio. All evidence of superior genetics. If even one score is not a “5” then it cannot be A5!

This Ultimate Japanese A5 Miyazaki Selection consists of only the finest cuts, as well as the appropriate condiments to make this a memorable meal!

The selection includes two 12 oz Miyazaki Strips, two 12 oz Miyazaki Ribeyes, 12 oz of “Sashimi-Cut’ Rib Cap, and 2 pieces of 4 oz Miyazaki Tenderloin filet steaks.
